Your project will start with an initial in-person consultation to discuss what you envision for your new upgrade or addition. After carefully listening to your vision, you will select your finishes;
- brick or stone columns
- tongue and groove ceilings
- paint and/or stain colors
- light fixtures/ceiling fans
- concrete finishes
- roof systems
Don't worry if you aren't positive about your choices, our years of experience and artistic vision will be able to provide you a variety of options for your optimal results.
Once we have a clear concept of what your design goals you will receive a free proposal.
2. Design, Pricing & Proposal
On average, your proposal will be completed in about a week. This proposal will include a design PDF drawing with dimensions, specifications, and elevations so you can see what the project will look like after completion.
Once you agree with the proposal, at this time any final changes can be made, and the initial cost estimates adjusted if needed. After the final contract is approved, we obtain all required municipal city permits include all inspections need: windstorm, framing, concrete foundation, etc. and assist with your HOA applications. This process could take between four and six weeks.
3. Construction
Once the municipal permit is obtained and the HOA has approved the project, we will provide a plan to complete your project in a timely manner. We will discuss a start date as well as an estimated timeline. If something changes during the construction process, we can always make adjustments depending on the project conditions. Our goal is to make sure you feel confident in the project and the process we follow to get it done.
4. Substantial Completion
Although the project is finished, we see this as the beginning of a relationship that we like to build to take care of all your outdoor living space needs.
